Pan-sear steak with intense heat, and then instantly drop the temperature down to protect that beautifully juicy, medium-rare texture.  

In case you forget to turn off your hob after cooking, the convenient AutoOff function will automatically power down your hob after inactivity.  

Activate the child lock function to prevent accidental operation of the hob when it's not in use.
