Salt Block

AEG's Salt Block is made from pink rock salt, sourced naturally from the Himalayas. Warm dishes are enriched with healthy minerals and seasoning so no need for excess butter or oil – just naturally full flavour.  

The multi-layered steel frame that can be added to AEG's Salt Block is designed for superior heat distribution. Enabling cooking on any hob or oven. Without the frame, dishes can also be put on the grill.  

With the Salt Block ingredients can be cooked at the dining table for a sense of theatre. The natural materials keeps it hot for a long time after leaving the oven.  

Serve on the Salt Block straight after heating or chilling. The temperature of the surface is maintained, ensuring optimum flavours from every dish.
